Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany as well as to selected countries in Europe. All shipments are sent with our shipping partner DHL, Deutsche Post, and the respective local partner companies.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders, regardless of your location or order value. There is no minimum order value. Shipments to non-customs-free areas outside the EU may be subject to customs duties upon arrival. All orders are dispatched by us with the necessary customs documentation. Any customs fees or import duties are to be borne by the person placing the order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-3 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment). Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

For orders to EU countries, the average delivery time is up to 6 working days. Delivery times may vary individually.

Further Details on Payment For payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
